2 laws of eating

Never be too hungry, never be too full.
This is for everyone. If you are trying to bulk up you should err on the side of being too full and if you’re trying to lose weight you should err on the side of being a little hungry. You should aim for never being too hungry or too full! This will keep your metabolism up which is necessary for weight loss. It will also provide constant nutrients which is necessary for increasing lean muscle mass.

Eat foods of the earth
Vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, and grains are excellent sources of macro- and micronutrients. I’m not saying you have to be a vegan, but have you ever seen a fat vegan or vegetarian? Flexitarian is what I recommend. Eat meat sparingly; try only once or twice a week. This type of diet will help you feel and look great!

These 2 laws of eating make nutrition simple.  If you focus on only these two laws then you will have made a huge improvement!

This Vegetarian Cookbook has many great recipes that will help you eat foods of the earth!
“Are You Sure That’s Vegan?” is a book that I feel is great way to help you eat foods of the earth!
