You need an evaluation with Nick Rainey!

Evaluations include two sections.

1) Assessment

  • posture
  • running form
  • tight and loose muscles
  • range-of-motion
  • nutrition and eating habits
  • strength endurance

2) Counseling- what needs to be done to  help you improve

Depending on what I find obviously determines what course of action I recommend.  Here is a list of some of the options that I would recommend you do.

  • use The 6 Week Workout Program
  • train with a personal trainer (I am very busy, so depending on your needs and my schedule would determine whether I would train you or not.  This also means that I don’t pressure you to train with me just so that I get more money. You get an honest recommendation.)
  • visit one of the following: doctor of chiropractic,  massage therapist, doctor of physical therapy, medical doctor, naturopathic doctor, or registered dietitian
  • use a standard workout program that I feel is suited for you
  • specific dietary changes
  • sign-up for my “Virtual Training Services”

I will make sure that you leave satisfied that you know the next steps that you need to take to improve your long term health. An evaluation is a “no brainer” because it is inexpensive, non-committal, and can let you know where you are at and where you need to go and how to get there.

General Pricing:

  • Evaluation: $50
  • Monthly personal training: $180-$450/month depending on your needs and number of sessions
  • Virtual Training: $35/month
