I love The Six Week Workout Program! It is a wonderful resource! I love going to the gym and working out, but I got in a rut several months ago and didn’t know what to do. My friend, Hannah Rainey, told me of Nick’s workout book and I asked for a copy. It has helped so much! I am never bored at the gym and never wander around aimlessly either. Nick’s book is so well planned out to give you a full body workout throughout six weeks. It offers a great variety of exercises and tips on how to make them more challenging. I love that when I go to the gym, I just need to open up to the workout week and day I’m on and get to work. Nick did a great job of planning and grouping the exercises in the book. I highly recommend this book to everyone. You will not regret it!

The Six Week Workout Program is a great asset to any gym. I have used this workout book for a full six weeks and am working on it again. I feel it gives great variety, and works many muscles. I like that the workouts are usually 15 to 30 minutes. You not only use it for six weeks, but you can re-use it. No two workouts are the same. For anyone who wants to get a good workout and do not know what to do, or cannot afford a trainer I would suggest using The Six Week Workout Program.

I just recently read Nick Rainey’s “The 6 Week Workout Program” and loved the way it becomes a gym companion. With pictured examples and detailed explanations on how to use some of the machines and free weights that are at the gym. It is on the mark. He gets your workout program pumped. I really like the weekly workouts that he has developed and the workout log right there to chart your progress.

The Six Week Work Out Program book eliminates the need for a personal trainer when I go to the gym. I don’t have to wonder whether or not I’m working all of my muscles or even which ones I’m working. I just follow the program each time I go to the gym and I know I’ll get an over-all body workout by the end of the week. I’ve been through this program about 10 times now and I am able to use more weight with the exercises now so I know I’ve improved significantly! I see many people just wondering around the weight room wondering what to do next and wondering if they’re doing it right. I KNOW I am!
